Hannah Rojer is a passionate teacher who offers a wide variety of movement practices.
Her teaching style is rooted in a decolonized form of yoga. She applies its mindfulness elements to dance and movement practices with the intention of embodiment and empowerment.
Her classes are inclusive and center on the BIPOC community.
One of Hannah’s core values is rest as resistance. She finds importance in teaching different ways of resting and recharging to help you feel you are allowed to rest.
Hannah’s approach to healing is ever-evolving as she continues to explore new tools and techniques to cultivate body confidence and connection to the embodied self.
